STEWARTS MOTORCYCLE REPAIRS
A genuine down to earth good guy, there to help others and top notch service.Highly recommended.
I have been taking my bikes to Stewart for a number of years now. After being a biker for 20+ years, I can say without a doubt, that he is one of, if not THE best spanner man around. He is always willing to help and never seems put out. I would recommend his services to all.
In this day and age, it’s hard to find a company you can trust. STEWARTS MOTORCYCLES was recommended to me by a friend, and now I know why – the quality of service I received was outstanding. Keep up the good work!
I took my cbr to stewarts for a service, After Stewart finished with it it was like a new machine. Great guy's & cheaper than the main dealers, I am glad there is not more people like stewart He would not be so unique otherwise ;)
Thank you to all for the kind words.

The best mechanic I know and I've been to a few. Can fix any issue presented to him even if it's a third party botch job. Harley Davidson = 2 1/2 years of issues, Stewart = under a month and never had a problem since! My nickname for Stewart is Mr. Miyagi Anybody who can stick a gentle finger in your tailpipe and know it's running rich is a master at work. :o) Much respect. It's a shame you fix my bikes so well as I don't get to see you as much as I would like ;o)

Stewart was recommended to me by someone I met in a shop in Sunbury on Thames a few years ago . I went to Stewart with a problem on my old Vmax1200 trike and he sorted it out for me and continues to do so for me when ever I go to him with a problem. What is said about him here is so true. He knows his bikes and is very helpful with no bullshit

Got recommended to visit Stewarts, and so I did, and have to say really glad I listened and popped on down. The service was excellent and from point of arriving I could really tell they new what they were talking about. The work they carried out for me was excellent and I was very pleased. I have now recommend them to several other bikers looking for a reliable and honest place to take there bikes. PS - will be in touch to arrange for new chain and sprockets for my CBR600RR very soon. (do I get discount now)

Found Stuart on the world wide wait a couple of months ago. Managed to get my imported Yam TT250 running. He never shied away from giving good advise even to the point of contacting me a couple of weeks after picking the bike up. After telling him my bike also had a stuck clutch he advised how to free it off, worked a treat. One of life's gents that's happy to chat. Thanks Stuart.

I've had two of my bikes sorted out by Stewart and Ian over the last couple of years: a CB450 chop and my NTV650 rat. I have given these guys challenge after challenge and each time they have exceeded my expectations. The banter in the workshop is top notch as well! Cheers guys and I'll see you with the next challenge soon...........

Last year I bought a distinctly ropey, 36 year old BMW R100RS. The wizard of Sunbury breathed life into it, then turned it into a really nice runner. Today it passed the MOT test with no advisories. Thanks to the skill and patience of a bloke called Stewart, who does motorcycles.

Whenever I'm in need to a metaphorical slap and/or be told to pull myself together, I come to Stewart's! I also head over there when the bike's playing up, have been for nearly 15 years. Can't be bad huh? Recommended for the bike fixing and the abuse !

Entry 2: FYI all, Stewart's still the king of all brands of motorcycle servicing and custom work available in London (according to his London fanclub). Not sure how he does it - top man Stewart! Thank you for all your hard work on my triple. I hope to visit you soon for more funny chat and coffee time. Best, Branko

I've used Stewart for a couple of years after finding him on the web. Great service and the bike feels renewed once he's worked his magic. I tried a garage more local to me for my last service...never gain. Just got my XJ6S back from Stewart after I needed a new chain and sprockets (and a new rear tyre while the wheel was off). Man alive it feels bloody amazing. The bike hasn't felt this sharp and torquey in ages. And the brakes feel sharp and responsive. I won't be going anywhere else in the future.

Great Guys, professional work and what they don't know about bikes isnt worth knowing. First and only place I will take my bike. Ive yet to taste the coffee but I hear they do a nice skinny latte with chocolate sprinkles. Thanks Chaps.

I have met Stewart about half a dozen times over the years, since he was helping Dave Palmer out on MOTs, and have had him do a couple of things on my Triumph. He is really good, and much better than the official dealers for servicing, etc . If there is anything I couldn't do myself in the front garden I'd think of him first.
Jane Loder said on Aug 17, 2013 1:33 AM
It was great to find someone that will service my bikes even though they are not Triumph's! Has serviced and got my ER5 running properly and will be servicing, changing tyre, etc. on Virago soon. Has also come out to diagnose whats wrong with my bike and then ordered the bits. Excellent service.

I know Stewart from when he was "tup norf" in Nottingham and he repaired my front end crunched trike, the Barbarian. He fitted a custom made leading link front end and totally transformed it. He is a top man and very trust worthy and miss his crazy sense of humour lol

Stewart tends to my high mileage SV650 on a regular basis; recently, I needed the exhaust gaskets replacing which Stewart did quickly with expert attention to detail. Despite 63,500 miles and 14 years of all-weather use reducing the front studs to a crusty, rusty mess Stewart had no trouble in getting them off. His expertise and insight is second to none, and as a result my bike runs as perfect as it ever did.

Stewart had never met me before I discovered this gem of an establishment last year, but he attacked the task of balancing the carbs on my BMW cafe racer with such vigour that I knew I had found a real enthusiast. A garage that provides the sort of personal service I thought had disappeared in the 70s. Deeply knowledgeable, he had the old boxer ticking over like a watch. UNRESERVEDLY RECOMMENDED !

Stewart is quite simply a brilliant bike mechanic and dedicated fellow. His commitment to me, knowing I use my bike for everything is unrivaled and I know after having a 600 and 1200 serviced in a timely and excellent fashion I will be using him as long as I have a bike. Honest and professional delivery of service, and will rescue you in your time of need! Highly recommended for your motorbike needs and will save you a lot of unexpected costs with his advise!

Stewart has serviced and customised my '98 Triumph triple on countless occasions and I am still in awe of his skills and non-PC jokes. Not into the PC jokes anyway so I always have a pleasant stay while he brings the old girl back to life! Top man Stewart. See you soon...

2nd visit to Stewarts- (first service). Can't recommend high enough- the most non p c man i've ever met. Always enjoy chatting after his surgery closes. Rode home on a bike that felt new. Highly recommended.

This guy is highly recommended, hope to see you soon mate.

I've used Stewarts for a few jobs now, most recently a set of tyres fitted to my ZX9R. The job was priced well and I was fitted in quickly. The service and general advise were, as per usual, spot on.

I took my CBF600 in to Stew for its 12K service, and the thing that impressed me the most was that he serviced the bike in exemplary fashion, but also took care of the bits and bobs that I did not ask him to, for no extra charge. For a personal touch, from a superb mechanic that actually cares about his clients, bring your bike to Stew. See you for my next service mate!

Stewart originally patched my 21k miles ER6F exhaust and saved me £150. Recently took bike in for its first non-dealer service. Feels like new. Engine, gearbox, brakes and suspension noticeably better than they've been for years... and what I don't now know about his lathe isn't worth knowing!

forget the main dealers take your bike to this man.I was thinking about selling my fireblade a while back but I decided to let stewart work his magic on it,I'm glad I did, the blade is now the bike it should have been and runs and handles better than it did when i first bought it.I've been taking bikes to stew for 18 years and wouldn't trust anyone else to go near them now. Top work fella.

On my initial phone call, I found Stewart to be very friendly and helpful. When I took my forks in, he did the work I asked (on the spot), plus cut to size some new damper rod bolts. Very fair price too. A real character (and his mate too). He will be the 1st person I call for future work. I fully recommend him 100%.

Stewart is a diamond, THE MOST trustworthy spanner man around these parts ( alot more than the main dealers ). take what he says as the best advice going. he has worked on my last three bikes and i would not have anyone else work on them.

I managed to wipe out the left hand side of my Suzuki sv650 in the morning from coming off on a left hand bend. I took out the foot peg and gear changing system as well as the left hand side fairing and indictors. Stewart even though he was busy managed to get me in the same day and built a new Gear leaver with parts he had spare and custom made them to fit my bike, changing gear is now better than it use to be. Great work Stewart for getting me back on the road I have already recommended him to a couple of friends. So thanks you Stewart, great work your a fantastic down to earth and all round nice guy that certainly knows his stuff. thanks again

MOT'd my ninja and sorted out the front brakes. Delivered the bike in deep snow and they held on to it for me until it all melted. Excellent service, excellent banter. Cheers.

Ive ridden a custom trike for years and slid into a car on the ice in winter and totalled the front end, Honda CX500. No local bike shops wanted to know, Stew took it upon himself to challenge my insurance company for an upgraded front end. So it now has a BMW K1100 headstock, wheel and yolks slotted into a Unit Sidecars leading link set up. Totally transformed the handling and if you want a giggle, ask Stew about when i took him out on it, cheers Stew ;-)

I Took my Triumph to Stewart to sort out a missfire after he diagnosed my pickup coil to be at fault and the throttle bodies out of syncronisation. After the work was completed, My Triumph now runs like a dream.

Just picked up my Fireblade from Stewarts today and he's done a fantastic job as usual , the Blade is back to her best again !Thanks guys. I've used stewart to service/fix my bikes for over 12 years and aswell as being the most trustworthy bike mechanic you could wish to meet , he's also the most helpful mechanic you could find , on many occasions Stewart has worked on my bikes and really put himself out to keep me on the road at times when i relied solely on my bike , and that is much appreciated , so much so that i am still using Stewarts for my bike work even though it means i have to travel up from west berkshire . Thanks again guys the Blade is as sharp as ever she was , and she stops aswell now , remarkable ! tp

I come waltzing into Stewart's on a frequent basis, and always receive excellent advice and top-notch work. He kindly came and collected my SV650 when I had carb problems; 3 days later the bike was running better than ever, thanks to the good work of Stewart and Bill. I have also had Stewart and Bill do suspension work, aswell as numerous tyre repairs and some replacments. They take great care and never cut corners. They serve nice tea aswell.

I've paid Steware a couple of visits now, once for an MOT and some repairs and recently for a full service and both times have been really happy and impressed. I was considering changing my bike, but after the recent service it's come back like a new bike so I don't need to change it now! Thoroughly recommended, top guys with an honest approach that is extremely rare these days. Cheers & I hope not to see you before next year!

Wizard of the spanners, no job too large, no job too small. Always happy to help. Excellent service at a fraction of the dealer prices. Thank you for providing an excellent service.
